Having painted since his youth, Rowe followed his passion and made silkscreen his medium in the early 1990s. The artist had been showing his work at public and private exhibits since 1996, putting his pieces in the hands of collectors worldwide, including some of entertainment's elite. His latest series was 'Gameboardom', powerful, text-driven art narratives that combined his love for writing and art in large-scale works that serve as cultural, political, historical and social parodies. Rowe was Co-Founder and Creative Director of Marketshare, a creative, branding and copywriting visual communications firm. He was known for his keen strategic thinking, visual storytelling, branding and social synergies. Rowe Co-Founded Lightbox Productions to acquire the feature film rights for a major motion picture franchise with an eventual acquisition by Paramount Pictures, Viacom and Nickelodeon. He was Co-Founder and Creative Director of Margaret Rowe Couture Jewelry guiding the company into the national media spotlight with several major shopping channel endeavors. Rowe graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He called Santa Monica, California 'home' and found constant inspiration in the people, beauty and diversity of Southern California.
